This website is maintained by the Road Management Office (RMO), a consortium of Donegal, Cork County, Cork City, Kerry and Tipperary Local Authorities, and follows this privacy and data protection policy.
The RMO respects your right to privacy and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 – 2018.

Description: This is data that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you and may include your name, address, email address and telephone number. We record the IP address assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider. This is used for a number of purposes including administering the site, analysing trends and gathering statistics. We will not link IP addresses with other personal information except in cases where criminal activity has taken place (e.g. in response to a " hacking" incident).
Your Email address and telephone number are collected to use for communications and notifications.
Purpose for which held: Personal Data collected on this site is gathered for the purposes of administration and dissemination of information relating to the management of the road asset and associated activities. Your contact information will be used solely for the purposes they were provided and within the confines of the RMO business.
5. Data Sharing and Exchange
We will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure. We will disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.

These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorised access to systems where we store personal data.
